In our two-hour color analysis session, we'll harness the power of color science and my extensive expertise to unveil your individualized color palette based on the undertones in your skin. Then, we'll introduce a 90-second makeup routine that wakes up your skin's natural glow. You'll leave with insight and recommendations for hair color, makeup, and jewelry, as well as a customized color fan & guide that makes shopping less overwhelming and more rejuvenating!

In this fun and engaging three-hour style analysis session, you'll uncover how your body architecture and personality influence the most flattering clothing choices for you. Considering your daily life and fashion preferences, we'll assemble a versatile mix-and-match wardrobe, complete with accessories, then equip you with the know-how to effortlessly pull outfits together in seconds.

Hi, I'm Kim.
To be honest, it's one of life's greatest honors to serve women like you.
Clothing and makeup can feel frivolous, but it's never (ever) about the products. Behind what we're covering up are layers of negative self-talk and years (decades?) of feeling less than. Comparison will suck the joy right out of anyone. And listen, a few hours of color and style analysis isn't going to turn everything around, but it's almost unbelievable how our time together can launch you into transformation that sticks... not just on the outside, but especially on the inside.

As a homeschool mom, I've always had a predisposition for soaking up knowledge and sharing it with others, and I always had a real draw towards art and color. So maybe I would've found my way to House of Colour on that trajectory, but what really led me here was a journey I wish I never had to make.
It started when my 15-year-old daughter, Katriel, passed away unexpectedly. You won't be surprised when I tell you that I spiraled for a while. My faith stood me up in the morning, but food got me through the day. I ate my way through grief, and it showed on my body. Over time, I adopted healthier coping mechanisms and shed much of the weight I had gained. My spirit was coming back to life, but my body had been through it. Extra skin replaced the pounds I lost, and it no longer felt like my appearance on the outside matched my progress on the inside. I was holding back.
I found House of Colour as I was searching for solutions for myself, and I never looked back. My extensive training to become a consultant was the foundation for this journey, and the drive to further my learning just won't stop. our style analysis can be done virtually but color analysis cannot. Cameras and computers use color correction software to enhance images and this distortion creates inaccurate results. At House of Colour, we believe the most accurate result comes from using natural daylight, so we don't use any sort of artificial lighting or filters. We need to watch the subtle changes that will occur with your skin as you are draped with our precision-dyed drapes.

Prices for our services compare to a day at the spa, but their impacts are lifelong (for example, your color analysis will never change!). Click "Book Appointment" to see all our options. In the meantime, here are our two most popular services:
● Private color analysis is $350 and takes about 2 hours.
● Private Style is $395 and takes about 3 hours.

Yes! We offer color and style for men, as well. Everyone deserves to look and feel great!. We also offer color for kids, but not style as their bodies aren’t finished growing.

Nope! Our draping method looks at your undertones. Your undertones develop in infancy and never change as you age. When you get tan or lose color in the winter, that is your top layer of skin. It is amazing to see your undertones revealed during an analysis!

Nope! We take your photo so you can have a fun snapshot to see the change in your skin. Since we don’t use filters or editing, clients are amazed to see the difference their WOW colors and a little lipstick make. These pictures are a resource for you and will not be shared without your consent.

We have had many clients come who previously had their colors analyzed. Color analysis was a big thing in the 80’s and 90’s! Often it was a direct sales model, and people attended parties to get swatches. Some of our clients even had their colors done through 4-H. Those methods are a wonderful starting point, but they are not as in depth as our draping process.
You cannot guess your season using eye color, veins, or the outward appearance of your skin. Thanks to our training, we can give you accuracy and confidence as you make many clothing and beauty purchases throughout your life!

House of Colour trains all their consultants extensively. We do online and in-person training and take continuing education classes on an ongoing basis. We also have annual conferences with even more training. I also love to learn and I am always reading and learning anything about color and style!
